Our core competence is in tool-aided software development processes: development tools and people using them is essential. In our view, Application Lifecycle Management needs to fully integrate requirements management, configuration management and testing.
An efficient software development process requires collaboration between teams and individuals, automation of certain tasks and reporting in order to achieve visibility into the process. That is achieved by right tools, processes as well as mindset and commitment of the people involved.
