Rocla develops and manufactures electric warehouse trucks and automated truck systems.

Logistics systems use more and more software, for which Contribyte studied the role of software components within other systems.

The project increased view into software development in a company thats main competence is mechanics. 

 Trafi

The Finnish Transport Safety Agency Trafi regulates and supervises the transport system in Finland. They also offer information from the vehicle registry.

The information system sees constant changes due to new features and many software providers.

Contribyte helped Trafi to improve their change management process. 

 Tieto Telecom & Media

Tieto Telecom & Media provides merged software for its clients. Contribyte analyzed the change and configuration management processes.

Analysis showed that configuration management was excellent, but the change management process needed to be a bit more clear.

As configuration management excelled, it was natural to choose to the existing CM system a product expansion that improved the change management.

 Axiom

Axiom developes and provides ICT management tools. Contribyte helped them with the implementation of IBM Rational Team Concert.

The process was improved considerably.
